This show was brilliant but Josh Homme’s stage patter was just as lame on this night as it was during the TCV show last year – he looks like a frat boy, dresses like Garth Brooks, and everything out of his mouth when he is not singing is either banal or embarrassing if not both. However, despite these things, the band he leads kicked every single ass in Terminal 5. One of the best rock shows I’ve ever seen. Oh yeah, I saw groupies there…Yes, no word of a lie. I witnessed at least two provocatively dressed women making themselves available by the side of the stage – desperately attempting to make eye contact. Rock on!
